Product Details
This Piglet in a Blanket is an Amigurumi make using double knitting (DK) yarn. It varies from a conventional make in that the head and body are crocheted in one piece from the top down.
It is worked by making the ears and nose first. The head is then crocheted, the ears and nose are then added as well as the facial features, before continuing with the body which is crocheted immediately on from the head so there is no sewing of the head to the body which gives it a good structure.
Yarn used is double knitting but any type of yarn can be used as the gauge is not important. Just vary your hook size appropriately.
