Poppy Tea Cosy

This very out of the world, yet simplistic Poppy Tea Cosy, like no other is a real winner!

I love combining my creations in different techniques, especially, mixing crochet, knitting, embroidery, sewing, as they go hand-in-hand and produce the best results.

In this pattern the Poppy is created with basic crochet and produced in 3 stages and if you crochet rather lose it is important to adjust your crochet hook gauge, as suggested, to a smaller hook to obtain the correct look.

I also tend to knit the Tea Cosy in a tight gauge, to get a nice stiffer cosy which will keep the tea hot for longer

I use American terminology with metric measurements

Extra photos as an aid have been included, if you need, as you go along. The tea cosy is suitable skill ability, as long as you know basic Knitting and crochet.
