Product Details
Knitting pattern for a tiny premature baby blanket, hat, mitts and booties. I designed this pattern with the neonatal department in mind to keep early babies cosy and warm.
The set is knitted in stocking stitch which is probably the softest texture next to the skin. The 3 little bird designs are swiss darned, giving the design an instant appeal. The set would suit a boy or girl. It is knitted using Sirdar Snuggly 4 ply with 2.75mm, 3mm and 3.25mm needles. The pattern is written in English using UK terms.
The blanket measures 60cm x 60cm, the hat circumference is 13 inches, the bootie sole measures 7 1/2cm long and the mittens measure 9cm in total.
Note: My patterns cannot be copied in any format without my permission but I am very happy for people to knit up items to sell. A message on a tag crediting me as the designer would be appreciated, thank you.
