Product Details
I have got inspired to design this pattern from a simple need for a light spring shawl. The spring in the South of England is so beautiful and almost every garden has an ornamental cherry tree that is covered in gorgeous blossoms. All cherry and plum trees, ornamental and edible, belong to the genus Prunus, and this is where the name for the shawl has come from. This shawl starts with a garter tab and is worked top down. It comes in two sizes . The smaller size uses just one skein of 4 ply yarn, whereas the large size uses about 150 grams. I hope you enjoy knitting and wearing this shawl and if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me. The pattern has been test-knitted. Thank you so much to all the lovely test knitters!
