Product Details
Purim is a festival of costumes, cookies and cheer. This afghan block captures that in depicting a Ra'ashan - a noisemaker - which we spin passionately every time the evil Haman is mentioned in the Scroll of Esther. It is a perfect addition to the kitchen when making delicious Hamantaschen cookies and an ideal component of a scarf or blanket.
The block is both part of my #SmichatChagim throw of Jewish festivals and #InterfaithBlanket with blocks demonstrating holidays from different religions. Join this celebration of celebrations by posting pictures of your finished square!
