What better way to use some left-over yarns than to knit up mitt/mittens! They can be used as gifts: a small token of appreciation to that special friend or a loved one. Small projects that can be finished quickly and that take little yarn can be very rewarding - so look through your knitting stash or indulge yourself at your favorite knitting shop and try out some of the newer yarns.
