Product Details
The button placement on this versatile rectangular garment makes it a shrug, a cowl, a stole, a scarf. The lace keeps the warmth down in summer heat but offers just enough coverage for chilly evenings. The colorways in the Savvy Skeins set together reminded me of my very favorite summer treat when we would go to the city as a kid. The Rainbow Sherbet stole doesn’t need to be made with a mini set, but it adds to the fun.
Finished Size: 18”x 58” once wet blocked, easily modified; instructions included.
Yarn: Savvy Skeins Sophisticate Sock, 100% Superwash Merino, 438 yards/100g. Sample used 8x20g Rainbow Sherbet set, approximately 700 yards.
Needles: 24” or longer circular needle, size 5 US (3.75mm), or size to obtain gauge.
Gauge: 20 stitches and 24 rows in gently wet-blocked stockinette stitch. One repeat (14 stitches by 20 rows): 2.5” tall by 3” wide, wet-blocked.
