740 – 1110 yards (676 – 1015m) of standard bulky weight yarn at tension 14 stitches, 20 rows to 10cm (4’’) on 6mm (US10) knitting needles.
6mm (US10) long straight or circular knitting needles
6mm (US10) short circular needles (to finish armhole edges)
Tapestry needle
Sample yarn used – King Cole Twirly Tweed Other similar bulky yarns with recommended 14sts per 4'' (10cm) gauge are also suitable.
