From pattern page:
The stranded motifs adorning the yoke and lower sleeves of this pullover exemplify the stylized geometric motifs, bold outlines and curvilinear forms of Art Deco. They were inspired by wrought iron panels created by Rene Gobert for the Exposition des Arts Decoratifs, held in Paris in 1925—hence the name “Renee” (the female version of “Rene”).

This hip-length pullover is worked entirely in the round from the neck down, in a light worsted weight yarn. The stranded patterns on the yoke and lower sleeves separate contrasting colors, with the darker color used for the main body and upper sleeves, while the lighter color draws attention to the shoulders, neck and sleeve cuffs. Sleeves are slightly elongated, calculated to end just above the base of the thumb (see Hints for tips on adjusting sleeve or body length).

Instructions are given for two hip circumferences for each size: equal to bust circumf
