Product Details
The Reptilia hat is a close-fitting beanie style hat knitted in the round using stranded techniques. The motifs feature snakes, tortoises, and crocodiles, perfect for the reptile lover in your life!
Materials: Approximately 100 yds of main color (MC) and 70 yds of contrasting color (CC) of an appropriate DK- or Sport-weight yarn
Gauge: Small: 28 sts x 38 rows in 4 inches (10 cm) in stranded pattern on larger needles Large: 24 sts x 32 rows in 4 inches (10 cm) in stranded pattern on larger needles.
Sizing Note: The two sizes of this hat are acheived by working the same pattern at different gauges. You can use DK or Sport weight yarn for the small hat, which will result in a thicker hat. Or, use fingering weight yarn for a lighter weight hat.
