Product Details
This reversible rug is made in the Spike DC Mosaic Crochet technique. The pattern includes a chart and full written instructions, including many step-by-step photos. All rows are worked on the right side. Two contrasting colors of super bulky weight yarn are used, but only one color is used across each row. The ends/tails on each row are turned into fringe on the 2 side edges, so there are no ends to weave in!
To learn the Spike DC Mosaic Crochet technique, watch video #39 on my YouTube channel: The Crochet Architect. Download the free swatch chart that goes along with this video on my website: The Crochet Architect dot com.
This pattern is written in a short style (with information about how to read this style of pattern), for ease of following the pattern. Here is a sample of that style:
“With RS facing, join MC1 with sc in first st; *[SPdc, ch, sc 2] twice, SPdc, ch, sc, ch,…”
Size of rug can be made larger/smaller by working more or less rows &/or stitches.
