Product Details
Simple stitch combinations frequently create our favorite sweaters. Edged with basketweave pattern along the lower edges of the body, a basket rib along the front edges, you'll also find a ribbed pattern on the body and sleeves, with twisted stitches and small knots on the front. A simple rolled edge is worked on each sleeve.
Work the body in one piece to the armholes, then after dividing the stitches, work the fronts and back separately to the shoulders. The shoulders are shaped using German short-rows, then joined using Three-Needle Bind-Off.
The sleeves are worked in the round from the cuff up in the same pattern as the body. After binding off to begin the sleeve cap, you work the remainder of the sleeve back and forth.
A few rows of k1, p1 rib are worked around the neck opening before working a few rows of stockinette that are allowed to roll to the right side.
