Product Details
ROMA - A short-sleeved summer blouse in a lace pattern knitted across from sleeve to sleeve to get the effect of vertical stripes in an effect /tip colour. The tip colour is worked in stocking stitch.
Neck band and welt: garter st.
Also beautiful in cotton and/or plain coloured.
Required skill level from 1 (basic) to 5 (advanced): 3↑.
The measurements given throughout the pattern are all in cm as well as inches.
The original was made in SETA, 100 % bourette silk, from Campolmi Roberto Filati in Florence (Firenze), Italy. 50 g = 240 m.
Needles: and circular needles (or double pointed) no 2 and 2.5 mm (circular needles due to the many stitches)..
Tension/gauge in stocking st (washed sample): 26 sts on needles no 2.5 mm = 10 cm (4 in).
