I am making my second garment with this yarn and I love it. It is a pleasure to knit with this yarn a produces a beautiful end product, soft, cozy, great stitch definition. It is a bit on the pricey side, but I believe the end product is worth the cost. I previously knitted with yarn from the Falkland Islands and I throughly enjoyed knitting with that yarn as well. So, spend the money and make something great!
It’s the second time I’ve knitted with this yarn, which is lovely and soft and knits well. It’s also warm. I’ve given it four stars because it is expensive and there has been a number of joins in the skeins in this batch.
Love this yarn! It knits up beautifully, great stitch definition, and a wonderful texture. It is soft and warm. I previously made a sweater with a Falkland Island yarn and it is my mother-in-law's favorite! When you make your mother-in-law happy I think it says a lot! Now she get to have another. True, it's a little more expensive, but the joy of knitting with it and the finished product makes it all worth it. Happy knitting.
It's a quality yarn that knits up well. But it has a very limited range of colors--what for me is a real limitation. Made a nice scarf, but I would not find much use for it otherwise.
