Product Details
Ruffle Peplum Vest is perfect for any season. It can be worn over a dress when the weather gets a bit chilly, or it can be worn over a long sleeve shirt in the fall or winter. It is worked bottom up and is almost seamless (you have to make only shoulder seams). The peplum is worked at the end, so in case if you prefer to make the ribbing instead of the peplum you can easily do it.
