Product Details
These delightful felted slippers are knitted seamlessly from the bottom up. The strap is knitted separately and sewn on after felting to allow for adjustment for foot and button size.
The slippers are quick and easy to knit, taking just a few hours, and make a great weekend project.
Although I have classed this pattern for the intermediate knitter it can be attempted by the advanced beginner if you have experience of knitting seamlessly using magic loop or two circulars.
To make these slippers you will need to be able to work in the round using either of the above two methods, work simple increases and decreases such as K2tog tbl, and p2tog and work wrap and turn short rows. These are all explained in the abbreviations section to help you if you are unsure.
Full instructions are given, with pictures where needed, for knitting the slippers and sewing on the straps and buttons.
