Worked in deep pastels which were inspired by the beautiful blooms in my South Carolina backyard, it makes a pretty gift by itself or as part of a gift basket. Or, experiment and create your own color palette to match any décor or season. You can also change or omit the optional flower appliqué.
The pattern calls for Red Heart Super Saver, a worsted weight acrylic craft yarn. You can use other worsted weight yarn but should avoid soft yarns, such as merino wool, silk, cotton or blends, which would probably not be suitable.
