The Story Knitters, as a collective, tend to be fairly generous folk - always knitting gifts for other people. My social media feeds are full of images of hand-made gifts for other people, especially around the holidays. I think it’s time we knitters take a couple hours for ourselves and knit something that WE can wear.

Finished Size Cowl: 25” circumference by 13” tall after blocking Mitts: 7 (7½, 8, 8½) inches circumference after blocking
Notes This pattern includes directions for a cowl and a pair of mitts, knit in the round, with jogless stripes. It is recommended that the mitts are knit with ½-inch of negative ease.
