American crochet terms.
This is probably my simplest crochet tote market bag pattern. Great for a beginner who wants to learn to crochet in the round.
The bag is worked in a continuous spiral so there is no unsightly joining line.
The bags is perfect for a day at the Farmer's Market or just a trip to the grocery store. Though compact, it will naturally stretch to fit lots of groceries or vegies. A strong, pretty bag, it can also be used as a tote, book bag or beach bag.
It has extra thick straps that are crocheted right onto the bag for extra strength.
