This traditional one-skein hap shawl begins at the top center with a Garter stitch triangle. Later from its edges you pick up stitches for the lace part of the shawl and bind it off with a row of picots. It’s easy to make, very feminine and results in a fairly big one-skein shawlette that will stay on shoulder during chilly summer evenings.
