Product Details
This cosy cowl is inspired by the straw skeps traditionally used in beekeeping. Worked in the round, two colours combine some simple rib with an interesting lateral braid to create a stylish cowl.
Skills: Cast on, working in the round, knit, purl, lateral braid (instructions given), weaving in ends.
Sizing: Pattern gives stitch counts for small (large) size; approximately equivalent to 50 (60) cm / 19 ½ (23 ½)” knitted circumference with a depth of 14 cm / 5 ½”. This pattern is easy to resize- add stitches in multiples of two to achieve the size you desire.
