Sky - woven stitch beanie and cowl

This two colour, woven stitch beanie and cowl set is worked in rounds so there is no sewing up required. The beanie has a 2x2 rib brim and the cowl can be worn loosely or wrapped twice to create a firmer fit.

Cowl width: 120 cm [47 ins].

Cowl depth: 23cm [9 ins].

Beanie to fit head: 56cm [22 ins].

Yarn required: Miss Tricot Filati, Mon Amour, 50g balls@135m.

2 balls 1st Colour (snow)

2 balls 2nd Colour (bronze)

Needles required: A set of 4.00mm [UK 8, US 6] double-pointed knitting needles, for beanie.

A 4.00mm [UK 8, US 6] circular knitting needle, 60cm [24 ins] or 80cm [31½] long, for cowl.

Wool needle for sewing in ends.

Tension: 21 sts and 28 rows to 10cm [4 ins] over stocking st, using 4.00mm needles.
