Knit from the top down to the cuff, you can make these and take full advantage of left-over cashmere from another project (like the [Snow on the Mountains scarf][1]!). If you wind your cashmere into two equal balls (a postal scale is wonderful for this), you'll be sure to have enough for both hands.
