Personally I love wraps like this! It's adjustable so you can can wrap it around only one part of you body, if your shoulders are freezing, wrap it around them, if your arms are cold, just put them in the sleeves and let the rest hang freely... You get the idea! You can cover up your insecurities with it and highlight the the best in you!
