Product Details
You may have seen this Star Applique in my Seeing Stars Basic Baby Beanie post, or my Star and Stripes Baby Beanie post. Ever since I put it down in writing, I have wanted to try out different yarn types to see what other size options I could get.
Materials are flexible. I used:
#10 Cotton Thread & B/2mm Hook; Sock Weight & D/3mm Hook; Fine Weight (2) & E/3.5mm Hook; Light/Sport (3) & 7/4.5mm Hook; Worsted (4) & I9/5.5mm Hook; Chunky (5) & J10/6mm Hook - I used Deborah Norville’s Serenity Chunky in After Dark
Time: About 10 minutes each.
Measurements: 2" to 5.25" from Point to PointAbbreviations: SC, HDC, DC, TR & QUAD (Explained)
You can find a free verison of this pattern on my EyeLoveKnots blog, but this is the ad-free, printer friendly version, and the fee is to offset the loss in blog pageviews.
