Summer Squiggle Sock

This summery sock works great with yarns which tend to pool or otherwise disguise stitchwork. Designed with yarns containing lycra/elastane in mind, the yarn requires fewer stitches than standard sock yarn, but it is still fine enough to fit in shoes.

These are a small, portable project with just a few twists. With a slip-stitch zigzag and a modest number of eyelets, this is enough of a challenge to not bore you, but easy enough to make a pleasant weekend-at-the-cottage project.

Toe up with Square-Start swirl toe and swirl-decreased Crystal afterthought heel.
