Product Details
MillaMia Naturally Soft Cotton is extremely soft and perfect for garments and accessories. I received a sample in summer in some lovely colours that reminded me of ice cream, peach melba and peppermint creams. And so the Summer Sundae Scarves were born!
The stitch pattern was originally designed to be made lengthways (as in the peach melba version) but also lends itself to being made sideways (as in peppermint cream). It is an openwork mesh design, perfect for a summer scarf which should be cool and elegant. Each scarf uses 2 balls in contrasting colours
The lengthways version is 14cm wide and can be made to any length – I made mine 130cm long and used a total of 60g of yarn. The sideways version is 15cm wide and can also be made to any length – mine was 170cm and used a total of 82g of yarn.
