This cowl is completely reversible, so both sides look great! Wear it long or doubled up around your neck for added warmth. The cowl is made with only 1 skein of yarn (202 yds). It can be made wider and/or longer with an extra skein of yarn, if desired. Any DK weight or worsted weight yarn can be used.
The cowl pattern is written in US crochet terms. It includes photo tutorials (right-handed and left-handed) for working in the back bump of the foundation chain, as well as making FPdc (Front Post double crochet) and BPdc (Back Post double crochet) stitches.
This is a great pattern to learn and practice doing FPdc and BPdc!
