What you'll need
Product Details
Wendy is a sweet doll. She likes: sunny days, colorful dresses, kids and hugging. She dislikes: cat claws and the washing machine.
Wendy is worked seamlessly, in the round, from the top of her head down to her tiptoe. The parts of her body are filled while knitting, stitches are placed on hold while working on other parts, and her face and hair are added afterwards. Her fun, striped dress is worked separately, also seamlessly, and also in the round. Except for the yarn used for her skin, very little yardage is required for each color, making it a nice stashbuster pattern to use up leftover yarns. Note that when knitting this pattern, you’ll also need a pinch of fun, a dash of imagination, and a sprinkle of magic!
Yarn DK weight yarn is recommended, but any yarn weight from fingering to heavy worsted will work. 3 colors for the doll 4 colors for the dress
Difficulty level: Intermediate Working in the round, following row-by-row instructions, placing stitches on hold, pick up stitches.
