A pretty honeycomb border wraps around graceful cables and lace, balanced with an allover pebble pattern. This artistic open-front cardigan is designed with a subtle high-low hemline - no short rows needed.
Construction: Tai Chi is knitted flat from the bottom up, with raglan shaping on yoke and sleeves, and with the front bands continuing on their own to wrap around the back neck. Pieces are seamed together later.
Skills used: Cable cast-on, cables, lace, reading charts, sewn bind-off.

Gauge: 20 sts and 28 rows = 10 cm in Stockinette stitch using 4 mm needles.
