Product Details
Spiders weave the most intricate nets. They look most beautiful in the early morning, when they are sprinkled with dewdrops. Spiderwebs are made with two different threads. One is for the spider to move along in the net, the other kind of thread is sticky to catch insects. This cowl picks up on this duality, using two kind of yarn. The dewdrops (Tautropfen in German) are added with glass beads.

Spinnen weben wunderschöne Netze. Am schönsten sehen sie morgens aus, wenn der Morgentau sich darin verfangen hat. Solche Netze sind aus zwei verschiedenen Arten von fäden gefertigt: Auf den einen bewegt sich die Spinne selbst durchs Netz, auf den klebrigen bleibt die Beute hängen. Der Cowl greift diese Dualität mit wolligem und glattem Garn auf. Die Tautropfen bestehen aus Glasperlen.
