Product Details
This tea cosy is knitted on a set of 4 double pointed knitting Needles in much the same manner as a sock. Starting at the top down, increases are worked to cater for the shape of the tea cosy and then the knitting is split on to straight needles to work the sides. Rows of bobbles and stripes of grey and purple yarn almost give this the effect of notes upon the music stave if you look closely. Lighter shades of mauve create the rolled openings for the spout , handle and bottom edge. Don’t be afraid to try this cosy it is not nearly as difficult as it looks and is great fun to knit. If purple is not your colour, simply change the colour scheme.
