The Lindy Cowl is a great project for beginners! Starting and ending with ribbing, this cowl is knit in stockinette in the round with color changing stripes throughout.
This pattern is a one-size fits all that is easily adjustable for various lengths. I have included a cast-on option for both a shorter and a longer length, but if you’d like to adjust it further, simply increase or decrease by 8 cast on stitches!
Since this is meant to be a simple cowl, matching gauge is not imperative to a successful project.
Materials
2 colors of worsted weight yarn (you shouldn’t need more than one skein of each, this can even be done with leftover yarns if you’d like!)
tapestry needle to weave in ends
stitch marker to mark your beginning of round
