Product Details

Especially designed & made for Mother’s Day, the Noma (Japanese for 'in between') Cowl takes its name from how the patterns & colours are uniquely stacked in between stitches. Coincidentally, the name also indicates the best times in the year to wear it - in between seasons, when the temperature starts to rise.

Worn & styled however the heart fancies, this classic garment is indeed, a quick project to finish - using only linen stitches knitted in the rounds with four rounds of colourwork pattern to produce those lovely speckles.

  • TIP : Choose contrasting coloured yarns to ensure the patterns stand out, even if they are of the same colour group (e.g : lilac & dark purple as suggested in yarn section).
  • DISCLAIMER : The suggested yarn would be the closest match to the yarn used in this project. It is advisable to always knit a gauge swatch first before you begin your project.
