Legends of Rock pattern #4 - inspired by Stevie Ray Vaughan

The Sky is Crying was inspired by the music of Stevie Ray Vaughan and a stormy spring night. Crocheted in the round, it is a light cowl with a nice drape. The lace pattern is easy to remember - just one motif swirling around and around – no need to even worry about where the end of round is.

Yarn requirements: 400-500 yards of fingering weight yarn, either in a self-striping, mini-skein set or a gradient dyed yarn. Choose a yarn with a nice drape, such as a merino/nylon or merino/silk blend. Using less yarn will result in a finished cowl that is less deep.
