Product Details
When I was designing these mittens I was looking for something a bit different than just a regular bobble. I wanted it to lay flat, while giving some fun definition. I love that the longer arms make for a slightly warmer mitt, while giving a little positive ease so they aren’t tight and clingy.
I highly recommend using metal needles for these mitts, because the knots can be a bit tight for wood and bamboo needles. I have written this pattern with TAAT knitters in mind. The stitches are divided at the beginning to make sure that you will not have to shift stitches when making the thumb gusset.

- Notes
- I highly recommend metal needles for these mittens. The knots can put a lot of strain on the needles, and wood and bamboo can struggle to handle it.
