A beautiful and easy bag, perfect for using at the beach or as a reusable shopping bag. It's a nice large bag with plenty of room!
This bag is a quick make, the pattern comes with full colour photos and written instructions. The yarn used is a cotton/polyester super chunky cord, other macrame cords or chunky yarns will also be suitable.
This pattern is written in US crochet terms. The stitches required are double crochet, half-double crochet, single crochet, chain stitch and slip stitch.
The finished bag measures approximately 16.5" (not including the straps) but if you do use different yarns and hook sizes, the size will vary.
Materials Needed: 10mm crochet hook 3 balls of Paintbox Yarns Recycled Big Cotton - this is cotton/polyester cord yarn which is durable and sturdy. You can use other chunky yarns but the dimensions of the bag may alter Yarn Needle or smaller crochet hook for weaving in ends Replacement bag strap - these can be found easily on Etsy, eBay, Amazon, etc
