This pattern is easily customizable to your preferred perfect size and fit! It is very stretchy, so the pattern as written could likely accommodate standard sizes S-L, depending on how loose or tight you want the cardi to fit.
It is designed to be loose and drapey, with plenty of room to feel cozy despite being such an open stitch pattern.
With 220-250g/550-600yards, you should be able to make a variety of adjustments as listed in the pattern.
