Product Details
A lady should always wear gloves… Except while taking her afternoon tea.
A very old german pattern decorates the back of the hand. Just a hint of lace, and a pretty, ruffled edge. It looks complicated but is rather easy, a seven row repeat.
The thumb has a sculptured gusset which starts a few sts in towards the palm, for an anatomically correct position, and great freedom of movement. Where the thumb meets the hand, another gusset is formed by decreases, perfectly following the hand.
The lace part is given both as chart and written instructions. A photo tutorial on making the tassels is included.
