Product Details
Vaike is worked from the narrow point of the left edge. Stitches are increased every RS row in the cable pattern and then onward into the Stockinette stitch section. A cute 3 x 1 ribbing is worked last. The combination of cables, stockinette and ribbing give this shawl a sophisticated yet casual look.
Gauge - 22.5 sts x 30 rows = 4" (10 cm) in cable pattern after blocking. 18 sts x 30 rows = 4" (10 cm) in Stockinette stitch after blocking.
Original yarn is mYak Baby Yak Lace held double. A suggested alternative is listed below.
