Product Details
*This sweater features a unique construction. First a striped triangular shawl is knitted then converted into a pullover. The top edge of the shawl will be at the armholes. Stitches are cast on for the hem and from bottom up the missing part of the body of the sweater is filled in, joining the live stitches to the shawl stitches as you go. After knitting the sleeves bottom up you pick up stitches from the edge of the shawl, joining with the sleeves and forming the yoke with decreasing in a raglan line. As the shaping is already interesting, the patterns used are simple: stripes, stockinette and garter stitch. *Due to the complexity of the construction I recommend it to advanced knitters: several things happen at the same time so experience is essential.I made a cheat sheet for every size, what contains in a table in which row what happens and how many stitches you should have.
