Product Details
VINZERIA MERINO TWINSET comprised by Vinzeria Merino Slipover and Vinzeria Merino Cardigan. The two patterns can be purchased separately here on Lovecrafts.
It is a very beautiful and usefull twinset where each model is very appropriate to wear on their own. I made first the slipover but then I thought that it should have a "partner" which became the cardigan.
The slipover is in an all-over quite wide rib. Worked in rounds until armholes.
The cardigan is in two coloured stripes until armholes. Itis made in stocking st in reverse for the body and the wide ribbed pattern for the sleeves. Work from right side opening across the back to left side opening. Worked flat on circular needles due to the number of stitches.
The original (on the photo) has been made in BABY, 100 % merino wool from Campolmi Roberto Filati in Italy.
