Product Details
Weekend Woman is knitted in Rowan Tweed Haze which is a delight to knit with and wear. Grows quickly and has a beautiful feel and depth to it. Easy to wear this stylish yet cosy slipover/gilet/waistcoat looks fabulous over your favourite shirt, polo neck or even t shirt in warmer months. An ideal Spring addition to your weekend wardrobe.
With different buttons could easily be worn by men too.
The pocket linings are knitted in an alternative colour but can also be knitted in the main colour. This will also save one ball of wool.
I chose Tornado which reminds me of heather in the Scottish Highlands. So pretty with all the flecks. Unfortunately the photos don't do it justice.

- Two stitch holders required for the pockets but I use a spare cable needle and wrap the wool around each end to stop the stitches falling off.

Instructions are not clear. Just leaves you hanging , I was hoping all would come clear as I went along but I’m at the end of the back piece and don’t know where to go. Certainly not for a beginner or even intermediate, I’m going to have to wait until I can speak to someone who may understand what’s expected. Very disappointed
Lots of mistakes in the pattern. Would definitely not recommend.
