You must be able to read a filet chart as the centre panel is charted, all other instructions are written, UK terms used throughout.
Materials required: 0.75 mm hook, 20 grams/360 metres/390 yards No 80 crochet cotton or No 70 Tatting thread in main colour for centre panel, 1 x 5g ball/90 metres/98 yards No 80 crochet cotton or No 70 Tatting thread in each of two contrasting colours for border and rose, plus 1 yard/metre of yellow for centre of rose.
Finished size: 8½-inches/21.25 cm long by 15¼-inches/38 cm wide.
Gauge: 7 mesh = 1-inch/2.5 cm and 7 rows = 1-inch/2.5 cm on filet centre panel
