My books blanket is composed of twelve large squares that are each inspired by a different book. I decided to name the blanket, the Well Loved Books Blanket because they each represent a well-known book. However, the idea is that you can use these squares to make many different projects: pillows, wall hangings, bags, baby/lap blankets, and much more! The three main crochet techniques used in this blanket are: tapestry crochet, joining granny squares, and crochet applique. If you are new to any of these, do not worry- there is a photo tutorial and explanation at the beginning of the pattern to demonstrate each of them! I hope you enjoy the pattern, and I can't wait to see all the different projects you make with these squares!
