Product Details
This is a pattern for an ornately cabled shawl. The shawl is knit with light worsted weight yarn and requires between 1000 - 1250 yards of yarn. The combination of the two cables makes a stunning shawl.
The stitches are both charted and written out line by line.
Skill Level: Intermediate (assuming a very good working knowledge of cabling .)
There are also instructions for an optional crocheted border, should you want it edged. (This is the only crocheting in the pattern.
The shawl was knit using 2 circ needles (but straight needles are fine), using Malabrigo's Rios yarn. Any light weight worsted weight yarn will work for this pattern. No crochet hooks are needed if you don't want to edge the shawl.
