Product Details

Berries is a lacy design that show how two different looks can be achieved from the same stitch pattern by simply adjusting needle size and adding or omitting beads.

The scarf is knitted in a rich, jewel-like colourway and is dotted with bronze beads which make a feature of the scarf’s central spine and is finished with a sweet picot cast off.

Yarn required 400m / 100g of 4ply/fingering weight yarn. Finished measurements 90cm wide x 48 cm

The shawl is knitted without beads but on slightly larger needles for a more open lace effect.

Yarn required 800m / 200g of 4ply/fingering weight. Finished measurements 124 cm wide x 64 cm long

Both are knitted flat in rows on straight needles but you’ll probably find it necessary to transfer to a circular needle as the work becomes wider.

The pattern includes instructions for both designs and combines graph and written instructions
