These allow you to attach mask straps to these buttons rather than your ears, making it much more comfortable to wear.
You can keep the ear saver plain, or add the appliqué to the middle for extra style! I was initially aiming for a flower, but it ended up looking more like a star, so I went with that.
This ear saver pattern is suitable for beginners and measures 95mm x 25mm. You can adjust the length by changing the number of chains your start with.
This pattern only uses a very small amount of yarn so is perfect for using up your leftovers
