This cute little Minion is just 2.5 inches or 6cm when standing and knitted in double knit yarn. It is a very simple pattern, and a good pattern to start with if you haven't made a toy before.
Materials needed: 3.25mm or 3US knitting needles, 3.25mm or 3US double pointed knitting needles, small amount of yellow double knit yarn, small amount of blue double knit yarn, small amount of black double knit yarn, small amount of stuffing, black embroidery thread, and small googly eyes.
Methods used: Cast on (I use the thumb method), stocking stitch, KFB, PFB, K2tog, P2tog, sew pieces together using mattress stitch.
Other yarns and needle sizes can be used, such as the fluffy Minion. He came out much bigger!
