8 Stitch Star Vest

This is a pattern that is the offshoot of my 10 stitch star blanket pattern but it adds new techniques into it to create arm holes, lacing, and adding a ruffle edge. This pattern is well worth the new education on getting creative with the 10 stitch blanket concepts. But this isn't 10 stitches it is 8, but the pattern would be easy enough to add 2 more stitches if desired. I provide video tutorials and written instructions. I also provide picture tutorials for doing the terminology for this pattern. I would say this is an intermediate level pattern as there are things to keep in mind and keep up with. I used 1 and 1/2 skeins of the Lions Brand Mandala and a 3/8" gauge loom for the project. I also used 1 skein of Red Heart Boutique Ruffle Yarn. Now this pattern can be done with thicker yarn and different gauge you may need to do less rounds and such but it is open to have fun and play with the pattern.
